During this virtual webinar as part of UF Compliance and Ethics' (UFCE) Learn over Lunch program, the Privacy Office discussed the ins and outs of the privacy laws that the University and its employees must follow. Topics included the functions of the UF Privacy Office, student privacy rights under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), and other laws that impact the privacy rights of UF students, staff, faculty, and other constituents.
